OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLE
Restorative Justice
At All In One, Inc., restorative justice is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in repairing harm, restoring relationships, and rebuilding lives, bringing together individuals, families, victims, and communities to create real accountability, healing, and second chances.
What It Looks Like
For example, instead of punishment alone, a young person who damaged a neighbor's property meets with that neighbor in a guided conversation. They hear how their actions caused harm, take responsibility, and agree on a way to make it right, such as repairing the damage or volunteering in the community. The neighbor is heard, the young person is held accountable and gets support, and the community grows stronger.
